The holiday home "Siam Park Loft" is located in Arona just a short walk from the beach. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available upon request. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. The vacation home is a 5-minute walk from Siam Park and a 10-minute walk from the Siam Mall. Teide is 45 minutes away by car. Loro Parque is 80 minutes away by car. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Parties or noise are not allowed after 11 pm. If there are complaints from neighbours or the community, there will be a fine. Upon request, airport transfers can be arranged for an additional fee.

The holiday settlement Playa de las Américas is probably the most popular and most visited place in Tenerife. Golden beaches, countless entertainment possibilities, a lively nightlife, water sports activities and golf - boredom is a foreign word here. Centrally located on the third floor of an apartment house without lift is the 100 m2 holiday apartment "Family Beach Apartment". The modern and functionally furnished apartment has a living room with sofa and dining area, a very well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and coffee machine, 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed each, the third with 2 single beds as well as 2 bathrooms with spacious shower and toilet and offers space for 6 people. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a television with satellite reception, fans and, on request, a cot and a high chair for children. Outside there is a spacious balcony with dining table and chairs. From here you can see as far as the mountains! You do not need a car to enjoy your holiday here to the fullest: Supermarkets are within a radius of 200-250 m and less than 5 min walking distance, also various restaurants, bars and cafés are in the direct vicinity. The beach "Playa de las Américas" is 850 m or 10 min walking distance, two more beaches are within a quarter of an hour walk. The golf course is also close to the holiday apartment. The airport Tenerife South is about 18 km away, the drive takes about 20 minutes. There are no parking spaces available. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning against fee.
